The Australian Professional Government Relations Association (APGRA), in conjunction with Women in Government Relations, is once again hosting the Women in GR and their Allies Budget Week Lunch.

We are especially excited to hear from our distinguished guest speaker, Helen McCabe, Founder and Managing Director of Future Women, now known as FW.

Helen has worked in radio, television and digital media. She was Night Editor of The Australian Newspaper and later Deputy Editor of The Sunday Telegraph. She also spent six years as Editor In Chief of the Australian Women’s Weekly, winning a number of industry awards including Editor of the Year.

Future Women is a thriving professional network dedicated to advancing women’s careers, increasing their representation in leadership, and advocating for gender equality in workplaces and beyond. Through training, mentorship, and media, Future Women has become a powerful voice for women in business, politics, and government.

Please join us at Hotel Realm on Wednesday 26 March from 12:00pm-1:30pm during the 2025 Budget Week to meet and network with other women and allies in the Government Relations industry.

Tickets are $90 for APGRA members and $115 for non-members and include a welcome drink, followed by a two-course lunch.

This event is for women in GR and any allies. Men and members of the LGBTQIA+ community are welcome to attend as well.
